Meraki Talent are engaged to appoint a Temporary (3 month minimum) Purchase Ledger Clerk which is fully remote offering a highly competitive salary and benefits.


The Company
The business has gone through a restructuring of processes to make the finance department more efficent. Due to this they need a Pucharse Ledger Processor with experience using Microsoft Dynamic 365.

The Job
The successful individual will play a key role in supporting the accounts payable function.

You will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, ensuring suppliers are paid within the terms of the business and all payments are recorded correctly and matchedto purchase orders.

This position will appeal to a professional individual wanting to make their stamp within the accounts payable function.

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:


  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Managing Supplier Purchase Orders
  • Establishing relations with suppliers
  • Resolving any accounts payable queries
  • Carrying out any ad hoc finance duties

The Person
To be successful in this role you must have a can-do attitude, the ability to prioritise your own workload. Experience working within a accounts payable team and the ability work anonymously. Must have experience using Mycroft Dynamic 365

On Offer
The role of Purchase Ledger Clerk is fully remote and is offering the following package:

  • Up to £32,000
  • Fully remote
  • 3 Month Contact
