About Us


The Ticket Factory is a leading national ticket agent for events across the UK and the official box office for the National Exhibition Centre, Resorts World Arena and Utilita Arena Birmingham.


About You
Experience of working in a customer services environment, either face to face or in a busy contact centre. Effective communication and diplomacy skills. Knowledge and experience of ticketing and cloud based customer contact systems and Microsoft 365. Flexible with your availability. A positive can do attitude.
