Elliott Recruitment are pleased to represent a Redditch based client with a new opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

My client is a well-established company who pride themselves on their dedicated customer service and fantastic reputation. They are looking for a marketing professional with a broad range of skills to join their expanding team. Supporting the Head of Marketingyou will help influence the future of this growing organisation. A hands-on approach is required to help generate new sales enquiries across multiple brands.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

Overseeing the development, updates and reprints of brochures, sales support materials and marketing collateral across multiple trading brands
Help define the longterm marketing strategy and recognise new opportunities
Measure performance and KPIs to make informed decisions on marketing plans and activities
Planning and budget management of national press and magazine campaigns
Briefing & managing external agencies, design, and printing partners
Make copywriting changes to print ads and customer communications
Proofing and checking ad copy to meet deadlines
Ensure all projects are delivered within budget and on time
