Working closely with our commercial partners, international dealers, resellers and clinical customers globally, we continue to develop highly reliable, quality products and services in the Respiratory and DME markets.

General Responsibility
Supporting our European Supply Chain with operational and administrative duties, to ensure process compliance and operational efficiency. Good analytical skills and a keen eye for detail required.

If that sounds like you, we are flexible on prior experience, but it would be beneficial to be able to demonstrate a proven record of:

  • 2+ years within a business-to-business supply chain function.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Determined and tenacious approach, with a passion for providing excellent customer care.
  • IT literacy, with an ability to adapt when using different ERP or reporting software.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing a high standard of internal customer service.
  • Purchase order processing.
  • Purchase order management, from raising through to goods receipt.
  • Monitoring supplier performance.
  • Monitoring of inventory levels, to avoid stock outs or overstocking.
  • Effectively managing any supplier / customer feedback or enquiries.
  • Continuously building positive supplier / customer relationships.
  • Maintaining supplier account information.
  • Accurately maintaining item, purchasing and financial data records.
  • Providing accurate and timely reports on direct activity.
