Freelance support in Teaching and Learning Tutor - North East, United Kingdom - SBA Nationwide LTD
Description
SBA Nationwide LTD are seeking a new freelance tutor to join our expanding team.We are looking for an individual with a passion for sharing knowledge and the patience and skills required to work with students of all background.
In this role, you will conduct courses at different training locations in the West Yorkshire area for learners who are currently unemployed and aspire to venture into a Teaching Assistant role.
Responsibility and duties
- To be able to deliver a quality Level 1 & Level 2 course face to face via various curricula.
- To correctly collect and complete relevant registration documentation with learners
- To report accurate learner progress, to manage and help encourage learners to succeed with their education
- To complete a lesson plan in advance of each lesson
- To ensure effective continuous assessment and action planning of learner's portfolios throughout their programme and final assessment within the agreed time limit, ready for final IQA.
Essential:
- UKrecognised Teaching Qualification (Level 3 standard).
- A1 or CAVA equivalent assessor qualification.
- Experience working in Support in Teaching and Learning or similar qualifications.
- Experience working as an educator or assessor.
Desirable
- Sound knowledge of IT.

£150.00-£170.00 per day
