UX Designer

Location:
London

Length:
ASAP until June 2023

Rate:
£ per day
(inside IR35)

Hours: 9am - 6pm

The main duties and responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to: -

Leadership skills in guiding a holistic approach to design
Collaboration mindset with defined skills in navigating the development cycle
Conduct user research, interviews, surveys and usability studies
Translate research findings into user stories, user journeys, wireframes and prototypes
Operate with a usercentric design approach to test and iterate on proposed designs and workflows
Consult with external and internal clients to understand their goals and explain research results
Develop user personas and usage scenarios
Collect and translate data from product analytics into actionable insights to improve product usability
Assist with content development
Contribute to competitor and customer analysis

Skills:

Demonstrated UX leadership capabilities
Ability to perform and moderate various usability testing sessions and studies
Analytical capabilities in compiling and reviewing feedback and data insights from research and internal sources
Advocate for improved usercentered design, information organization, and humancomputer interaction
Independent worker with ability to align well with the product and development teams
Ability to thoroughly structure and document work to support increased collaboration
Attributes: Clear communicator, highly productive, independent, motivated, diligent, creative, passionate, and detailoriented

**Education:

University or advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Cognitive Science, or related field
Proven track record of UI / UX delivery
Extensive experience in user experience design
