Description

You will join the team of the Postgraduate Dean for Wessex, working closely with colleagues in the Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Thames Valley PGMDE offices to support the ongoing management of medical education and training.

The role is dynamic and flexible, with each member of the team having direct responsibility for engagement and support, for a range of Postgraduate Schools and functions.

The Associate Deans provide direct support for the directors of medical education and other senior educational leaders in these organisations as well as the Heads of School and their teams.

There are also a number of innovative portfolio responsibilities covering operational, faculty and patient-focused development based on current NHSE priorities such as health inequalities, clinical pathways and enhancing doctors working lives.
