We are excited to support a company on an ambitious growth journey, in their search for a Technical Administrator to support their growing Production Teams.
This is what you'll be doing as Technical Administrator:- To provide proactive technical support to all Teams.
- Working with production to identify route causes of problems and to create robust solutions.
- Advise staff regarding quality issues or test fails ensuring they are aware of root causesand these are then addressed and enlisting technical support from suppliers or assigned managers with relevant technical knowledge.
- To work on NPI development within the technical team, including the development of Quality Plans / Data Cards / Tooling/fixture design and Part Routings as per customer requirements.
- To support internal and external quality audits
The experience you'll bring to the team:
- Articulate and confident communicator, with the ability to develop and maintain effective and robust working relationships.
- Strong admin experience and use of various software packages.
- Proven experience of working within a similar role, with experience quality, production within a technical/manufacturing environment.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Experience of being proactive and reactive.
- Proven IT skills, ability to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Good understanding of Health and Safety at Work regulations.
