- About the role:_
The role includes:
1.
overseeing the day to day running of the office and all administrative tasks as set out in this job description.
- Assist in ensuring clear and effective procedures for Recruitment and the Finances of the home.
- Responsible for accurate Diary Management and recording minutes.
- To populate and maintain staff files ensuring all information held is up to date and in line with legislation.
- To assist in the recruitment process of new staff members ensuring that all of the relevant security checks are in place prior to employment commencing.
- To monito rand record incidents of staff absence/sickness, identifying any patterns/trends and reporting the information to the Line Manager.
- Ensuring all financial and budgetary information is appropriately recorded and monitored and audited on a regular basis. Duties of which include the monitoring recording and distribution of Young People's monies, Savings and Petty Cash.
- To take minutes at multi-disciplinary meetings, team meetings, house meetings, LAC reviews, PEP reviews and any other meetings as requested, and to circulate minutes/debriefs accordingly when necessary.
- To accurately in put receipts onto the Accounts system and identify or report any queries to their Line Manager.
- To ensure Feedback forms are created and circulated to external professionals on a regular basis.
- Record and audit Supervisions, probations and appraisals on a regular basis, ensuring the tracker/matrix in up to date.
- Assist in monitoring the timesheets and ensuring they are recorded accurately.
- Assisting with HR queries.
- Update the company website.

Salary:
£20,500.00-£22,200.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Admin assistant: 1 year (preferred)
