This is fantastic opening for an experienced Client Advisor to join the team based in Brown Shipley, London, a few minutes walk from Bank tube station.

Key Accountabilities:
- Acquire new target group clients through the effective use of own network targeting prospects and, together, crosspitching the

- Contact clients regularly by telephone, letter or in person in order to ensure client's needs are met.
- To maintain the highest standards of compliance in keeping with the company's obligations to clients, counterparties and the

- To represent the company and the division to clients, potential clients and introducers of clients at the standard necessary to

- To reflect company policy in investment and service levels and to maintain all necessary records in the event of any material deviation.
Knowledge and Experience:
Relevant experience within a wealth management or private banking role within financial services
industry.
Background in investment/asset management, products, wealth planning or other functions.
Has built relationships with a portfolio of clients and prospects, and comfortable networking to
generate revenue.
Familiar with defining the right advisory and investment solutions.
Understands Risk within context of the role and meets the regulatory obligations, as applicable.

Creates a partnership culture within teams and collaborates across all other Quintet network to
deliver the overall client proposition.
Works effectively with Group Products & Solutions (GPS) and CIO teams (and other functions) to find
the best solutions.
Supports and encourages others to generate a positive working culture, sharing information cross functions.
Takes a solution oriented approach and challenges the way we do things: "see it, say it, fix it".
Effective communicator (both written and verbal), and good at influencing audiences in person and
presenting to clients.
Resilient, problem solver, effective planner with a partnership approach.
Technical Skills:
Proven threshold competent and operate with a full understanding of Risk within a regulatory framework.
Languages Skills:
Fluent in English
