Job Summary:

Offering completely remote working, full autonomy and enough work in the pipeline for the forseeable future, this small but busy consultancy is looking for a Building Surveyor like you to cover the North.


Their office is in the Gloucester area, but due to a lot of their clients having a UK-Wide presence, they're looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to cover the work in the North West, Yorkshire and North East areas.

There's no office to be based from (yetthey're open to a discussion if you think it's something you can grow) but there's more than enough to be going at.

And with you on board they'd be hoping to use any contacts or network you may have to help carry on that growth in the future.

There's no immediate need for bringing work or fees - as I say, they have more than enough to cover you for as long as you'd expect
- but you do ideally need to have experience in both surveys and project work at consultancy, either working for yourself or a private practice or larger corporate. And enough experience that you can be left to your own devices, reporting in regularly, all while getting the full support from the rest of the team as and when needed. You would ideally be based around the West Yorkshire area, but as long as you're happy to cover that patch of the North West up to North East then you can be based anywhere really. And if you're chartered, then all the better.


In return, you'd be given a generous salary and bonus depending on your level, and if you wanted to look at Equity/Partnership in the company in the future then they'd be open to that conversation as well.
