- To support the Registered Nurse / Podiatrist in patients' homes to deliver specialist lower limb assessments to housebound patients under the care of Community Nursing Services
- To liaise with members of the wider healthcare teams
- Vascular; Podiatry; Tissue Viability Service; Dermatology; GP's and Practice Nurse
The Lower Limb Therapy Service (LLTS) has consistently improved outcomes for patients with lower limb ulceration, and we strive to empower patients by delivering holistic treatments that are effective and always tailored to individual needs.
The LLTS is a nurse led specialist service, delivering evidence treatments for patients, over the age of 18, who suffer with non-healing lower limb ulceration.
Registered Nursing Associates will demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to manage and prioritise a caseload under delegation, whilst working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
