BMS Technologies Ltd is a growing Power Management supplier providing trade and retail customers with on grid and off grid power solutions.

These systems include AC and DC PV systems, battery storage and EV charger points from market leading brands such as Victron and SolaX.

We have a new vacancy in our Technical Support Department for a confident outgoing individual with a "can do" attitude who will exceed expectations to give a quality service that will ensure our customers view BMS Technologies LTD as their first option for power management, battery storage and PV systems.

The job consists of:
- providing technical support to internal and external customers to assist with the specification of their system.
- ensuring a resolution to all technical support requests are provided in house or escalating the issue to suppliers if needed until a satisfactory resolution is achieved.
- building a lasting relationship with all customers you come in contact with to ensure repeat business in the future.
- handling any overflow work from our customer service department if required.
- managing your workload without the need to be micromanaged.

You should have a good standard of spoken and written English, Mathematics and the confidence to speak to customers both on the phone and face to face.

You must also be hard working and efficient, and have the ability to understand and explain a reasonable level of technical information be it in written form or wiring schematics.
