Job Summary:
We are seeking a Mobile Phone Technician. You will be responsible for repairing smart devices, mainly iPhones, iPads and Samsungs. This is a hands-on role that requires good customer service and an attitude to improve sales. A good knowledge of phone accessories is desirable.
Requirements:
- Permission to work in the UK.
- Honesty, reliability and punctuality.
- Experience in fixing smart devices such as screen, battery, charging port etc.
- Excellent customer service skills for both improving repair and accessories sales.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
