SEO and Copy Executive

JET are a rapidly growing marketing agency based in Manchester's Northern Quarter and due to continued growth are now looking an SEO and Copy Executive to join the team.

This newly created role will report to the Head of Digital and work closely with our Copy & Content Director as part of our Digital team, which also includes a PPC Executive and 2 Developers.

You will already have SEO and/or copywriting experience and looking to develop your career within digital marketing.

The following is a list of the main tasks this job role will handle, but is by no means an exhaustive list:

Prospect, Technical, UX and Content audits & implementing fixes
Running benchmark reports and competitor analysis
Keyword research
Writing content specifications
Running monthly crawls & implementing fixes
Monthly site health checks
Citation building and fixing
Google Business Profile development and optimisation
Planning outreach links
Link intersects
Optimising client's websites (Conscious CMS, WordPress, or other CMS')
Maintaining monthly reports using Looker Studio and analysing the data, writing clientfacing commentary
Communicating with other teams, including Account Managers and Studio Manager to ensure work is properly briefed and progressed.
Be professionally aware of the latest developments in SEO (including products and algorithm updates), and the latest thinking on best practice
Other tasks as they arise
