WHAT TO EXPECT


We are looking to appoint a talented Training Developer capable of developing a training strategy whilst also developing training material / delivering on training material associated to Bill of Materials Management system.


This opportunity has arisen as a result of a transformational period our business is going through where our parts procurement system is being upgraded to an integrated product lifecycle system.


Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
This is a turnkey style opportunity that it includes the development and implementation of a training strategy, identify training needs, and developing material for on and offline courses right through owning the rollout of training and acting as the 'go to' specialist for users associated to our Bills of Material management system

The opportunity focuses on understanding change management as our engineering release system is replaced with 3D Experience.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Whilst this role requires a competent training developer, it also needs someone with change management experience either from the automotive or aerospace industry

A understanding of Automotive or Aerospace Bills of Materials and Releasing / Purchasing processes is also essential along with knowledge of Learning and Development methodologies
