We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.
In this important and varied role, you will co-ordinate the work of OCR's complaints system and support the work of other processes managed in the Complianceteam.
About the role
As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the complaints hub, maintaining schedules of work and records, providing accurate data and follow up to complaints, regulatory enquiries and compliance issues.
You will be an essential part of the Compliance team as you develop new skills that enable you to support the team, recommending improvements and relevant actions that need to be taken to ensure smooth running of the complaints process.
About you
You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with exceptional organisation skills.
Ideally, you will have experience of working in a regulated environment, with proven ability to prioritise tasks appropriately and experience of using your own judgement to make decisions.
You will have experience of working in a customer facing role, where you have given advice and guidance to customers and colleagues.
Experienced in supporting the administrative needs of a large organisation, you have strong attention to detail and will be comfortable working with a varied workload.
