twentyAI London, United KingdomPosted 14 minutes ago Hybrid Contract £725 - £77- twentyAI have partnered with a Bank in London who are looking for a Risk Change Lead to join their Markets function.

The successful individual will be the Implementation Lead for the Risk/Compliance area and will work in a hybrid PM/BA capacity to help build out the risk management frameworks and drive the roadmap for Change.

Initial 9 month assignment with the view to extend beyond 24 months.

Responsibilities_
Implementation Lead for the Risk workstream to build out markets offering in an EU entity
Operate as a hybrid risk change PM/BA to help build out risk management frameworks
Work with leaders to define the roadmap and document strategy
Governance, control and technology mindset to meet strategic risk management goals
Work with leadership to develop delivery strategy, organisation and approach to deliver requirements, design and implementation activities
Build working relationships with EU counterparts including PMs and project teams
Work in a hands on capacity to assist with overall business enablement strategy which will include presentations, documentation, analysis etc.
Experience_
710 years Risk Change experience across the Markets space
Investment Banking, Markets knowledge
Strong product knowledge across rates, fx, derivatives, equities
Legal entity project experience desirable
Operating Model experience desirable
