We are looking for an Administrator provide administration support to the team and fulfil our contract obligations to our clients.

This post is available for an immediate start if required.


Administrator - Responsibilities:


  • Liaise with customers to book requested jobs and manage the day to day administration of customer contracts
  • Obtaining the relevant reports and paperwork from engineers and ensure they are submitted to the company database and/or customer database on a daily basis
  • Uploading information to the clients systems as required
  • Issuing jobs to engineers and ensuring relevant details are available for engineers to complete jobs.
  • Liaison with the team from engineer to director level.
  • Ensure engineers closure of the tasks on the company database system
  • Raising of purchase orders.
  • Ensure that jobs are ready to invoice and match the tasks issued.
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices for specific contracts
  • Ensure that the Company is presented in a good light at all times.
  • Follow Company administration procedures.
  • Carry out any other reasonable instruction from the Management team.
  • Use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel Spreadsheets and PowerPoint

  • Selfmotivated and predeveloped.
  • Good Organisation skills essemtial.
  • Able to problem solve and be active in resolving customer queries.
  • Able to work on database systems inputting tasks and results.
  • Act as the interface between," Be the many faces of the admin support",
  • Actively contributes to the team and strives to improve teams' effectiveness through personal commitment.
  • Able to understand the priorities, plan and organize the work and manage own time to deliver within the expected timescales.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, impressing others and ensuring understanding of all relevant information in all circumstances
  • Preferably have some knowledge of the water hygiene industry and contract management
