Strictly Recruitment are working exclusively with an exciting, entrepreneurial and fast paced law firm to find an experienced Learning & Development Professional or Professional Development Coach to take a lead role in London and collaborate on a globalscale.


This role is particularly exciting as you will have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles in what is essentially a stand-alone role in London.

You will work very closely with the Director of L&D, who wants you to innovate and challenge, to enablethe firm to deliver its vision through the creation of an environment which motivates and develops its people.


The role will offer a very high degree of visibility and take ultimate responsibility for all coaching, designing training strategies and delivering learning outcomes.

From day one you will be building relationships, identifying capability gaps and implementinglearning interventions and programmes to bridge these gaps.

You will work closely with the Partners in London as well as the firm globally to build long lasting relationships.
