Sensient's Savory Flavors business is looking for more Production Operators As part of the Felinfach production team, you will carry-out the duties required to manufacture powders and flavors products to meet the needs of our customers, all while working in accordance to strict quality and food hygiene procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and most importantly Health & Safety rules.

Our operators work a 12-hour shift pattern over a 14-day cycle both days and nights.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following training, work as directed on a variety of blending and drying machinery.

Adherence to Company cleaning schedules and standards.

Monitor production processes and methods, propose improvements and highlight to Team Leader problem formulations for modification that cause production difficulties

Participate in projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.

Where applicable, assist maintenance technicians in performing maintenance and repairs.

Assist with diagnosing and trouble-shooting maintenance related issues.

Comply with Company policies with regard to Food Safety, EHS and Operating Standards

Other reasonable duties as may be allocated to you.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES

A good level of general education

Counterbalance Fork Lift License (Training will be provided)

A good level of general education.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The work environment is a production factory. Sensient, team members will be required to work for long periods on their feet. A reasonable level of physical fitness will be required. Team members will be required to move bags up to 25Kg in weight.
