We are delighted to be recruiting for this very established estate agency, they are a very successful business with a high street office in Crawley.


Due to a recent success our client is looking for a successful Sales Negotiator who has a drive to succeed as well as a passion for customer service.

Ideally you will be already working successfully in a similar role.

Competitive Basic Salary with a realistic £40,000 OTE._
-
Plus car allowance._

Working hours are over a 5 day week, there will be a requirement to work some Saturdays.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Work towards branch targets.
  • Accompany viewings.
  • Dealing with enquiries.
  • Booking appointments.
  • General Office Administration.

The Ideal Person:


  • You will have the excellent ability to build rapport.
  • You will enjoy working towards targets.
  • You will have good listening skills.
  • You will be resilient & selfmotivated.
  • You will have a UK driving Licence.
Ideally you will have previous experience of successfully working in an estate agency.
