  • Remote with travel nationally (UK only)

We are searching for a Project Implementation Coordinator to support the Project Team in the rollout of a security patrol management system.

This system is to be deployed nationally across our client base.

Do you have outstanding administration skills? Are you able to demonstrate strong IT MS Office skills? Are you interested in working with Projects?

As Project Implementation Coordinator You'll Be:

  • Developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, costs, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinating project activities and monitoring progress to ensure that projects are on schedule and within budget.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.
  • Identifying potential risks and issues that may affect project delivery and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Managing project budgets and track expenses to ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Coordinating and scheduling project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Maintaining project documentation and ensuring that it is uptodate and accurate. As well as Identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize project delivery.

As Project Implementation Coordinator You'll Have:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues and risks.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Organised and can work well under pressure and work to deadlines
  • Experience in project coordination or within systems rollout would be useful
You will be required to travel to customer sites for site visits and implementation of the product (UK only),
