This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to join a leading Property Maintenance Contractor who are looking for an Electrical Estimator to help support the growth of the business, managing projects ranging from new installs, PPM's, small works up to £1M projects across the Southeast.

ROLE:
ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR / CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR (ELECTRICAL BIAS)

LOCATION:
Dartford, Kent. You could be searching for Estimator jobs in Kent, London, Dartford, Sidcup, Swanley, Greenwich, Gravesend, Orpington.

SALARY:
£42K - £45K basic plus car package, fuel card, expenses, benefits, pension.

HOURS:
Full Time,Monday

Friday. 8am5pm or 9am6pm.

Be part of a rapidly expanding estimating team, carrying out pre-planned and reactive maintenance works on commercial, retail, leisure and healthcare properties, working within the electrical department, field team engineers and clients, to ensure all tender documents are produced and delivered accurately, and on time.

As an experienced Electrical Estimator (or a Construction Estimator with some experience of electrical projects/ small works/ willing to cross-train into an electrical estimating role), you will be confident in all aspects of estimating; tender pricing, job costings, interpreting drawings, liaising with clients and working with the back-office team.

You could be a qualified Electrician with a strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a good understanding of project delivery, looking to progress into an estimator role.

Full training will be given.

Your background is likely to be in Estimating.

Previous roles may include Commercial Multi Trader, Commercial Electrician, Tradesperson, Maintenance Electrician, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Multi-Trader, Building Services Technician, Property Services Engineer or similar.
