Responsibilities:


  • Maintain daily communication with individual and corporate clients of the Group in European and Middle East regarding their deposit/withdrawal needs.
  • Resolving clients' accounts issues enquiries efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing PL reports, maintaining expenses records and analysing data related to customer accounts.
  • Stay informed about internal procedure developments, and group details to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth among team members.
  • Supporting operation, compliance, and dealing team regarding to all client's issues.
  • Assist clients in accounts opening and different payment solution.

Requirements:


  • Graduated from a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting.
  • Proficient communication skills in verbal and written English, and proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Arabic or French. with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • 23 years' experience in the financial and accounting services industry preferably on trading brokerage and pervious experience in customer service.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Good command of MT4 Manager preferred.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to set priorities, multitask, meet critical deadline and pay attention to details.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
