our client, a well established property consultancy is embarking on a phase of growth and development in the North of England, with plans to expand their Newcastle and Manchester offices.

As part of the expansion, they are seeking new talent to join the team and contribute to their continued success.

We are currently hiring for the position of Fire Risk Assessor, who will play a vital role in supporting the increasing commissions for Fire Risk Assessments, Passive Fire Surveys, and Fire Door Surveys.

Completion of nationally recognized and accredited Fire Risk Assessment training courses to a minimum Level
Membership with the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE), Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM), Fire Risk Assessment Competency Scheme (FRACS), or FPA
Minimum of 3 years' experience conducting fire risk assessments
Strong knowledge of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Act 2021, and Building Safety Act
Demonstrable understanding of the principles and practices of Management of Fire Safety
Proficient in IT with strong MS Office skills
