One of our global clients is looking for a
Transformation Lead to help translate the business strategy into a transformation agenda.

Role:

Transformation Lead

Contract: 6 Months Initially

Location:
Hybrid role with 2 days a week in a Manchester based office

_The hiring manager has described the role as:_
- "You will be working closely with me to lead the business wide change agenda, translating the business strategy into a clear and succinct transformation plan. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a real impact on the landscape of the business, driving and delivering the enterprise change. You will be working with the business leaders on delivery, setting milestones, KPIs and tracking progress"_

Key responsibilities:

Translate the business strategy into a change agenda plan for the future
Work with the business leaders on delivery, setting milestones, KPIs and tracking progress of key transformation initiatives.
Help set up the centralised transformation team to deliver transformation plan
Providing rigor to a normally light touch group stratergy
Navigate complex stakeholders across the UK to steer a path to successful transformation outcomes
