The role
This is a varied and interesting role combining UK & International marketing.

The role will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products in both domestic (UK) and international markets.

The role involves a combination of strategic thinking, creative execution, market analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth.


The role is office-based in our Leeds office, with the opportunity to work hybrid 2 days one week and 3 days the next week (5 days per fortnight).

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with UK retailers and international distributors to coordinate marketing plans, execution, and reporting.
  • Represent UK and International teams within the global marketing discussions to understand what is happening globally, what we can use, what we can share.
  • Coordinate packaging requirements and manage the packaging process for UK and international.
  • Support with new product launch plans and execution of quarterly campaigns.
  • Support our PR and social media/digital experts within the business.
  • Coordinate UK and international asset requirements and sharing with accounts.
  • Support new product launch plans and execution and quarterly campaigns.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events in the UK and internationally.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 23 years proven experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on both UK and international.
  • Experience in Trade/Channel marketing preferred.
  • Confident working across multiple departments to coordinate information and plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in international market expansion and cultural sensitivity is a plus.
