We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts within our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) organization.

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

You will lead and be central to our marketing activities both online and offline.

This vital link between the market and our sales functions is critical and you are responsible for how we communicate to the market.


You will ensure that we deliver outstanding marketing collateral and presence in our key markets and in a manner that continuously improves our perception and market presence.

The aim of this role is to ensure that we attract and engage the market in a number of ways.


Job Description:


  • Develop strategies for all Marketing activities including online and offline channels
  • Develop branding, positioning and standards for our marketing activities
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features, marketing activities)
  • Analyse marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPI's) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Through marketing, drive lead generation and help with customer retention activities working in close collaboration with both sales and operations
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Collaborate with executivelevel management in the development of performance goals and longterm operational plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding marketing activity and strategic goals
  • A creative mindset to develop compelling campaigns, innovate ideas and solutions to challenges. The ability to foster a culture of creativity within the team.
  • Willingness to constantly evolve and a willingness to adapt top changes and embrace new technologies and methodologies.
  • Ensuring the business operates within the company's mission statement
  • Empower and develop the staff you manage to innovate and improve while maximising their contribution by setting clear objectives, coaching, delegating, and providing appropriate feedback
  • Manage team holiday, sickness absence for direct reports
  • Deliver appropriate performance reviews and one to one reviews to effectively manage performance, ensuring they get the training and development they need and that they feel valued.

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record in Marketing with several years of experience in progressively responsible roles (Essential)
  • Deep understanding of various marketing disciplines such as digital marketing, branding, advertising, market reach, PR and customer acquisition (Essential)
  • An effective leader who can inspire and guide the marketing team (required)
  • Experience with brand development and management (required)
  • Familiarity or experience within the care sector (Advantageous)
