DIGITAL CAPABILITY LEAD WITH AGILE COACHING EXPERIENCE URGENTL REQUIRED FOR 6 MONTH PUBLIC SECTOR CONTRACT

FULLY REMOTE POSITION (ocassional travel to Bootle)

BPSS CLEARED POSITION

Role: Digital Capability Lead

Contract Length: 6 Months

Location:
Remote occasional travel to Bootle

Minimum Requirement:

Experience in Agile Delivery
Good track record as an Agile Coach coaching multi disciplinary Agile teams or indepth proven experience of working within scaled Agile environments delivering successful outcomes
Experience in training teams in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean principles

Communication

You can adapt your style to clearly convey your message. You can break down and clearly articulate complex issues to drive a wider understanding

Working within constraints

You know how to influence, coach and can anticipate change, knowing where to challenge and quickly remove barriers and barriers to progress
Experience of taking products through GDS service standard assessments
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand, empathise with, negotiate and influence individuals and groups
Excellent organisational and facilitation skills
Public experience
Hybrid agile coach
Agile Coaching / Scrum Master
Waterfall (prince)
