We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Executive/Sales Coordinator to join our client based in Ballymena during this exciting period of growth.

Role Overview: As a Customer Support Executive/Sales Coordinator, you will be a crucial link between the company's valued customers and their Sales team. Your role will involve providing customer support, managing inquiries, and assisting the wider Sales team in their efforts to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate product information, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to coordinate and facilitate the sales process.
Assist in preparing sales quotes, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Monitor order fulfilment and shipment processes to ensure timely delivery.
Assist in managing postsale activities, including order followup and customer feedback

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Customer Support or Sales Coordination is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to challenges

Compensation:

Competitive salary: £22,000 £25,000 per annum.
Ontarget earnings (OTE) based on performance
