Gledhow Primary School is a popular, multicultural school, committed to providing safe and inclusive environment for our pupils and staff.
We are looking for several Lunchtime Supervisory Assistants who enjoy guiding and leading play activities with children and are confident to supervise in a positive manner, encouraging good behaviour during the lunchtime period.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to be involved in the developing of children's positive play behaviours and enjoys interacting with children on a 121 or group play activity.
It is very much a role which requires the individual to use their initiative to utilise the play resources available to keep children engaged positively in the playground and classrooms.
The working hours for these roles are:
- Mon-Fri 11.55am to 1.10pm (6.25 hrs). There will be occasions where you are required to work additional hours to attend staff meetings or training for which you will receive additional pay.
