Job summary
Based in our City office, our Compliance department prides itself on being able to offer support, guidance and training internally throughout the Firm as well as assistance to the firm's clients.Responsibilities
- Support the risk and compliance function across the firm
- Take responsibility for administration of communications around client complaints undertake initial investigations drafting complaint responses
- Maintain registers records of complaints and other internal registers complete DBS checks staff assist with preparation undertaking internal external periodical audits Liaise clients fee earners resolve issues arise during transaction Act point contact fee earners compliance AML queries Assist collation data annual bulk renewal practising certificates submission SRA draft SRA application forms maintain records assisting collation data cyber insurance professional indemnity insurance Internal and external data requests willing travel firms offices occasionally flexible work longer hours required.
