My client is a startup company specialising in health food and wellness products. Their latest creation, a nutritious drink for the health food market, is set to launch in June. As a small product manufacturer, they are dedicated to providing high-quality products that promote overall well-being.

Role Overview:


As Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the owner of the business and ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative tasks.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing orders, communicating with manufacturers, and inputting orders into their Xero database. This is an exciting opportunity to join at an early stage, as the company grows and expands. With the potential for increased responsibilities, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to coordinate product deliveries and resolve any issues
  • Input order details into the Xero database and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional and friendly manner
  • Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:


  • Previous administrative experience is preferred, demonstrating strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with Xero database is desirable, but not essential (training can be provided)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
  • Proactive and selfmotivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly and downtoearth personality, creating a positive and welcoming environment for all
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced environment

£28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
