Following internal promotion of the current postholder we are looking for our next Service Director of Housing

Since WDH was established in 2005, we have gone from strength to strength.

You will lead, develop and implement a range of Housing Management and Support Services, ensuring that these are aligned to the corporate aims and objectives and delivered to the highest standard.

In this role you will be responsible for leading a large, multi-disciplinary team to develop vibrant neighbourhoods, helping us meet our vision of creating confident communities.

You'll be integral in working with our customers in developing services which ensure our communities are places where people can fulfil their potential and thrive.

We are seeking a well-rounded leader who will enjoy delivering on wider corporate business objectives and priorities.

You will need to be an effective communicator, have the drive to succeed and ability to lead, inspire and engage a large multi-disciplinary team of highly engaged people.

Applicants must be educated to degree level or equivalent or willing to work towards and a certified management qualification.
