Job Title - Quality Inpector

Hours of Work - 07:00 - 16:30 Monday -Thursday (Friday 07:00 -11:00)

Pay Rates - £11 per hour - £12 per hour DOE

Start date - Immediate start dates available

Location - Redditch

Job type - Permanant

What does the role involve?

Inspecting ( medical) manufactured items both during and completion of the manufacturing process
Carrying out component inspection
Process first off inspection components in an efficient manner
Determine the product meeets approved design data and quality control requirements
Assist in the completion of FAI reports as required
Complete the required inspection and process records and management records
Conduct Goods receiving inspection of items that require inspection and notification of products unsuitable for processing
Raise Nonconformance reports for products that do not conform to specification and register each NCR for analysis
Managing customer returns by means of inspection reports raising NCR and recording on the company data system
Conduct final product inspection, ensuring all process stages have been duly signed off and records completed
Ensure any measuring equipment is maintained in line with the calibration system
Assist management in maintaining production output to match customer requirements
Assist management in removing obstacles that prevents smooth operationof the business
Assist in the training of works personnel

Minimum experience, training or qualifications required:

Ability to use and maintain all the companies measuring equipment
Abilty to read and understand drawings and specifications
Knowledge of ISO quality policies and system requirements
Understanding of inspection techniques for incoming and finished products within the medical industry
