Due to continued growth, S4A Group Ltd is seeking a Level 4 Apprentice Sports Coach to shadow, assist and train to learn how to deliver Ofsted-quality PE lessons and wrap-around childcare in school settings.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and brings energy and enthusiasm to their role every day.

This position is ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers in sports or childcare/education settings.

Job Specification:

As a Level 4 Apprentice Sports Coach, you will:

Gain the ability to deliver high-quality and engaging PE lessons and lunchtime clubs.
Prepare and plan lessons and activities suitable for primary school pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS
Develop excellent communication skills and a professional manner to engage with parents, teachers, and team members.
Progress to a Lead Coach role, supervising and supporting play leaders to ensure children are engaged and developing their skills.
