Description
Based in Blantyre Lanarkshire, TVRS Tech Team are recruiting a route planner.

We are the largest independent Brown Goods service provider offering service across the Scottish mainland for all major manufacturers, high street retailers and extended warranty providers.

Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Arranging service visits to domestic locations for a team of 8 field technicians
  • Planning the most efficient schedule and confirming appointment times with customers
  • The proactive monitoring of customer's experience of our service, providing feedback and suggestions on how we can improve.

Essential criteria:

  • IT literate as you will be using our inhouse system(s) to add calls/repairs to the system then allocate the appropriate engineer
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with a good attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Experience in a repairs and maintenance environment
  • Experience working with engineer's diaries/scheduling day to day or reactive repairs
You will be required to work 40 hours per week.
