LHH (formerly Badenoch & Clark) is partnered with a leading manufacturing company, assisting with the appointment of a HR Advisor to provide professional and confidential advise on all people related matters to support the business and the achievement of the global HR Strategy including, but not limited to; coaching and upskilling the HR Administrator, the end to end employee lifecycle, HR policy interpretation/review and training, as well as contributing to the implementation and review of HR initiatives and projects in support the local and global business.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic professional who is able to help drive an excellent Advisory function within the firm with the same core values
