Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Centre Representative to join our team.

As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Follow call centre scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality
  • Meet or exceed individual performance targets and call handling metrics

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and composure

Salary:
From £24,467.76 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
