Your Role:
As a Technical Lead, you will empower our consultants, ensuring they reach their full potential through our Technical Programmes. Your responsibilities will include delivering workshops, providing mentorship, one-to-one coaching, and assigning projects to enhance their skills.

Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a Consultancy Group within the tech sector
- Experience in supporting, coaching, and developing individuals early in their career
- STEM degree with a Data Engineering focus, Data Engineering Qualification/Bootcamp, or Data Engineering Role experience
- Proficiency in Python, ETL Pipelines, SQL, Power BI, and Cloud Technologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- A growth mindset, eager to learn and deliver new languages
- Analytical and problemsolving capabilities to design targeted training programs
Nice to Haves:
- Level 3 Training Qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- Software Engineering experience or qualifications
- Experience building resources for a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Familiarity with Scala, Quantexa, or Databricks technologies
