Description

Armour Plastics Limited - We are a locally based manufacturing Company employing over 60 people on 2 sites in Sunderland producing engineering Equipment, Acrylic Baths and Shower Trays for both the UK and export markets.

We are looking to recruit a dynamic individual who will integrate into our administrative team.


You will need to be able to administer customer accounts effectively, liaising with production to ensure customers needs are meet on a timely basis.

Establish and maintain key customer relationships and ensure the delivery of a high quality customer service experience.


This is a key role for us working within a 2 person Customer Service Team reporting to the Customer Service lead and to Director level.


Responsibilities:


The role encompasses SOP duties in our production and sales office and the provision of general administrative support within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and servicing of Customer orders
  • Progressing sales orders with manufacturing.
  • Liaising with customers on order status/product queries.
  • Organising manufacturing documentation
  • Picking and despatching product
  • Organising logistics
  • Excel based reports and administration reports
  • Data input and filing routines when required
  • Disciplined and organised approach to your work with high levels of accuracy and time management.
  • Strong IT skills (Excel and Word)
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills
  • An ability to assimilate product technical specs relatively quickly (training will be given)
  • A good professional telephone manner
  • Robust interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of shop floor and management.

Hours of Work:
Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 8.30am - 4pm
