    Job Title: Transport Coordinator/Planner

    We are seeking a skilled Transport Coordinator/Planner to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to customers across the UK and Ireland.

    About the Role:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating drivers and vehicles, communicating with internal teams and external customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of Environmental and Sustainability solutions, committed to reducing waste and promoting sustainability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure driver availability and coverage in line with legislation and company procedures
    • Supervise vehicle availability daily to ensure compliance with company policy
    • Perform administrative duties including accurate input of disposal information and KPI reports
    • Liaison with fleet to ensure effective vehicle resources are available
    • Plan and mobilise resources according to customer needs, often to strict deadlines

    What We Are Looking For:

    • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships
    • Good geographical knowledge of mainland UK
    • Customer service experience and transport experience advantageous
