  • Creation and implementation of the strategic plan
  • Management of National Sales Team
  • Field Sales Training, Coaching & Development
  • Develop network of Key Accounts and ensure effective planning of value added services & educational offering
  • National Exhibitions & Regular Client Meetings
  • Sales Budgets, Targets & Performance Management

About You:


  • Adjacent Healthcare/Medical Device exp considered
  • Proven track record of effective sales team leadership
