Job Title:
Managing Consultant - Be the Captain of your own ship

Reports to:
Managing Director - Your partner in crime

Location:
Manchester - Where the magic happens (Hybrid)

Salary:
£35k-£40k + commission + £450 per month car allowance.

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients to generate new business opportunities
Manage and monitor the performance of team members (in the future) and be the goto person for advice and guidance

Skills and Experience Required:

A proven track record of success in recruitment, particularly in executive and managementlevel roles
Strong sales and business development skills with experience in developing and maintaining longterm client relationships
Strong organisational and timemanagement skills because let's face it, recruitment is a juggling act
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines like a superhero
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and experience of working with recruitment technology because being techsavvy is a must.
Experience in leading and managing a team of recruitment consultants (in the future) and ready to be the leader they deserve
