Salary is £20,600 + quarterly
Hybrid offered following successful completion of training.
Typical duties include:
- Acting as the liaison between the client and the lender
- Managing the inbox and in tray of cases accurately and proactively
- Logging all actions onto the CRM system
- Keeping all parties updated ensuring a first class service is maintained at all times
- Maintaining positive working relationships with all colleagues
- Ensuring all administration is conducted in a timely and a accurate manner
Ideally you will have:
- A background in customer service
- Administrative skills having worked in a fast paced environment
- Solid knowledge of IT systems including Word & Excel
- Confidence and good negotiation skills
