Salary is £20,600 + quarterly

Hybrid offered following successful completion of training.


Typical duties include:

  • Acting as the liaison between the client and the lender
  • Managing the inbox and in tray of cases accurately and proactively
  • Logging all actions onto the CRM system
  • Keeping all parties updated ensuring a first class service is maintained at all times
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with all colleagues
  • Ensuring all administration is conducted in a timely and a accurate manner

Ideally you will have:

  • A background in customer service
  • Administrative skills having worked in a fast paced environment
  • Solid knowledge of IT systems including Word & Excel
  • Confidence and good negotiation skills
