About the role
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Timetabling Advisor, or someone looking to start their career in Higher Education, to work within the Timetabling and Module Selection team.
As a Timetabling Advisor, you will gain invaluable experience and insight into key timetabling and module selection activities, having an important and positive impact on our students.
You will play a key role within the team.Focusing on maintaining accurate data, specifically around student module choices and maintenance of module records, you will be fundamental in supporting our students through their student journey.
This is your chance to provide a dynamic and effective service to our customers, responding to enquiries relating to timetables from students, academics and professional service staff as well as providing a room booking service that supports the delivery of important non-teaching activities i.e tutorials, exams and events.
Working in a highly visible, customer facing position, you will become an indispensable and relied upon member of the University's professional services function, and this is a fantastic opportunity to further your career in this area.

We would love to hear about your experiences where you have taken the lead to resolve difficult and complex scenarios, as this will show your excellent problem solving and analytical skills as well as your ability to use your own initiative and respond appropriately to situations as they arise.
