An opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic Appointment Officer
to join our friendly Pre-Op Assessment Department at Wexham Park Hospital
Working hours will be Monday - Friday

The Pre-Operative Department is a key element in providing a high quality service to patients and in achieving agreed standards within the trust.

We are looking for a motivated and resilient individual, with a "can do" attitude, to join our team. We offer an excellent opportunity to develop professionally with in-house training and education opportunities to deal with learning needs


As a member of the team the post holder is responsible for the provision of Administrative and Clerical services to the Pre Operative Assessment service supporting the provision of a seamless service to patients and staff.

The post holder will have good organisational skills and an ability to work on their own
initiative and ability to work with senior staff and assertive patients is essential.

Taking, recording and acting upon telephone messages and requests in a polite and helpful manner.


To provide clinic activity data to Matron/Senior Sister when required and to keep up to date records of clinic activity.

Adding/removing/dating patients on the IT System.
