One of our global banking client is looking for Regional Engagement/ Delivery Lead on a contract basisRegional Engagement/ Delivery Lead
6+ months contract
**Hybrid:
- London/ Sheffield**This role is a challenging mix of delivery oversight, stakeholder management, executive reporting/governance, and future planning. The role will oversee a portfolio between $50m to $150m in addition to leading a key function within the Team; one of riskmanagement; executive reporting; controls; or executive pack generation.
The role holder will:

- Be a driven leader with excellent communication skills at all levels up to C-Suite level
- Possess strong planning, prioritisation, and presentation skills
- Have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Have good awareness of regulatory and audit controls, challenges, and reporting
- Have a strong understanding of program/portfolio methodologies and governance, preferably in a complex, highlymatrixed organisation
- Be able to prioritise work for self and others, especially in response to timesensitive requests
- Provide quality assurance to ensure project deliverables meet the standards defined by CTO PPM, the Bank, and its regulators
In addition, the role holder will be proficient in:
- Stakeholder engagement and management to C-Suite level
- Communicating, both verbally and written, especially in report writing to executive level
- Understanding of, and operating within, both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Planning, forecasting, prioritisation, and control
- Process mapping and simplification
- Options analysis
- Data mapping, analysis, and reporting
Key Skills:
- Stakeholder management and the ability to influence
- Ability to communicate effectively to a diverse audience, both verbally and written
- Time management and prioritisation, including working to tight deadlines
- Program and portfolio management/oversight, including waterfall and agile methodologies
- Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to elicit information, analyse, interpret, and report effectively and accurately
- Ability to undertake tasks and meet challenging deadlines
- Ability to lead a governance function within the team
- Manage process improvements across business lines and within team responsibilities
- Experience of working in Infrastructure Delivery is not mandatory but would be beneficial
