Responsible for managing a team of up to 14 people
Delegating work and quality checking
Ordering parts
Performance management
Leading, motivating and supporting the team
Customerfacing ensuring customer is happy and work is being completed on time
Adhering to all health and safety regulations
Keeping up to date with product knowledge
